Booking conditions
Deposit :
The tenant agrees to leave a deposit of 3,000 Thb (or a passport) with the owner or manager, which will be returned at check out.
Electricity costs:
In Koh Samui, electricity is a rare commodity and is very expensive because it comes from the mainland.
Pay attention to your consumption, in particular do not leave the air conditioning on when the windows are open or when you are away.
Electricity costs are included for rentals of less than 21 days.
For rentals lasting more than 21 days, electricity costs are not included and will be billed at 7 thb per kWh (a meter reading is taken when the tenant enters and leaves).
Terms of cancelation
In the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, or in the event of early departure during the stay, the defaulting contractor will be due compensation set as follows:
• more than 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
• early departure: 100% of the total amount
